Amanda lives by “people, passion, and performance,” with 20+ years in customer care. As a mum of two teens, she loves using her spa as the perfect place to connect with family.

Amy is a creative presenter with a background in marketing, communications, and business. A lifelong musician, she enjoys collaborating on ideas—and serenading her piano, cat, or anyone who'll listen.

Amy’s previous experience is in retail and customer service. Her enthusiastic approach allows her to work part time as a sales consultant and in various other roles while juggling a young family.

Ana has been in the customer service industry for several years. She's currently handling customer queries for Spa Store. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies and traveling.

Ananda has been in the spa industry since 2004 specifically in spa manufacturing facilities. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and working on gadgets, software, and operating amateur radio (Ham radio)

Anand has 7+ years of experience across customer service, logistics, and supply chain management, including two years in outdoor luxury goods. He enjoys photography, travel, kayaking, and barbecues.

Andrew brings 20 years' experience in the spa industry to the CEO role as well as a board member for Spa World Australia and Spa World New Zealand.

Angela has been with Spa World for more than 10 years. When she is not helping customers, you can find her reading and taking care of her garden.

With 15+ years in the spa industry, Angela blends business success and top-level experience with a passion for wellness, ensuring every showroom visitor enjoys outstanding service.

Angelo joined the Spa World family in 2014 and is currently handling cover orders along with other tasks.

Aris has been in the customer care industry for years learning and helping others. During his time off, he can be found either on his gaming chair playing with buddies online or on wheels traveling with his family.

Brad is an enthusiastic salesman keen to find the perfect spa to help clients unwind from the day-to-day grind. He also enjoys sitting back in his spa and watching the AFL.

Catherine worked as a computer programmer before shifting to social media and online marketing. Road trips and picnics with her family are her favorite weekend activities, and reading a good book is her quiet retreat.

Cathy from Byron Shire is a passionate health practitioner of 25 years who loves helping others thrive. Off-duty, she’s at the beach with her dogs or relaxing in her swim spa.

Chaz brings over seven years of customer service experience. A proud mum to a teen and a “diva” dog, she enjoys dining out, grocery shopping, and believes kindness is key to a good life.

Charlie lives his life based on three things: Family, respect and honour. When not helping customers choose the best spa for them, he loves playing his guitar loud.

Charlie has been selling spas for 25+ years. In his spare time, he enjoys karaoke and traveling. As the events manager, he has traveled the world and seen many weird and wonderful things.

Charm has been in customer service since 2006. She values professionalism, a quality shaped by her background as a trainer for business professionals. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing over a cup of good coffee.

Charne has 12 years of procurement experience and has recently moved from South Africa with her family. She loves spending time with her kids in the great outdoors.

Chloe has a background in creative communications. When she’s not creating, she’s doing DIY projects, exploring the local hospitality or out in nature.

Chloe is from the Isle of Man and has a strong auditing and accounting background from her previous role with one of the 'Big four". When Chloe's not in the office, you'll find her racing down a mountain bike trail.

Ciara is from Ireland and has been living in New Zealand since 2011. She has 16+ years of customer service, administration and inventory experience. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with her family

Craig joined the company in Feb 2017 coming from a corporate finance and general management background. When he's not counting the beans (or spas), he's trying to catch fish.

Craig Fairbairn has been in the Spa industry for 30 years. He has expert knowledge of the industry and predominantly works in our Show Team throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Originally from Colombia, Cristina is an artist and graphic designer now based in New Zealand with her husband and two children. She loves spending time with family and creating community art projects.

Dale has been in the spa industry for over 15 years and works closely with our Spa World sales team and wholesale customers. He has a passion for helping people grow their skill sets and reach their full potential.

Dale is a skilled Spa Technician with an Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect license, bringing precision and expertise from his background as a lift mechanic. He enjoys playing cricket and golf in his spare time.

Darrin combines years of security industry experience in the UK and Australia with a warm, professional approach to helping customers find their perfect spa. He loves unwinding with music and a good book.

With 20 years in the spa and pool industry, Di brings deep knowledge from running her own pool installation company. She loves spending her free time with family and friends.

Donna loves working for a company that promotes "Relaxing". She ensures that customers receive 5-star service and embodies the Spa World's 5 'C's.

Doris loves helping customers find the perfect spa or swim spa that suits their family’s needs. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and enjoys swimming for exercise.

After personally experiencing the benefits of a spa and its soothing effects, Elaine knew she had to join us. Bringing better health and happiness to all her customers is her goal.

Fred has been in the spa business for over 25 years. He has been married for 24 years and has two sons. He enjoys selling and seeing his customers leave the store happy and excited.

With 25+ years in the spa industry, Glenn is a trusted spa technician with deep technical expertise and an Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect license. He loves motorbike riding, country living, and good food and wine.

With years of contact center experience, Heart is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. In her downtime, she enjoys playing with her dog and binging YouTube videos.

Harry is based in our Adelaide showroom and has many years of customer service experience. He enjoys jumping in his spa after football to ease his aches and pains.

Imelda comes from a corporate finance and audit background. Outside of work she is either exploring the outdoors with her active young toddlers or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen.

Jane moved here from the UK in January 2016 and spent a year' relaxing'. She joined Spa World in January 2017 and is very much enjoying her role.

Jayson has been in training development for over 15 years. He’s into technology along with high fantasy books and games.

Jen has been in the customer service industry for years before she started as a content creator. She enjoys cooking and hanging out with her family when not at work.

With 10+ years in customer service, Joan loves helping customers and making a difference. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, discovering great food, watching movies, and listening to music.

John has coordinated Tasmania’s spa delivery, warranty and technical teams for the last 10 years ensuring a high level of service throughout. In his spare time he restores cars, renovates his house and relaxes in his spa.

Karen Morris combines spa expertise and real estate sales success, built through years of hands-on experience with her partner's spa repair business. She loves travel, cooking, and relaxing in hot tubs.

Apart from being a CRM expert, Katie an avid reader drawn to books on innovation—whether in technology, business, or human behavior. Staying on the cutting edge and applying fresh insights is her constant pursuit.

Kerian brings 30 years of international business and operations experience. He enjoys exploring Nelson’s outdoors with his wife and dog, Huey, and has a passion for cooking in his spare time.

Kenneth (J) is from North America and joined Spa World in 2013. He is passionate about making a positive impact, everything online and tech.

Leah previously worked in Aviation Operations for 17 years. She is passionate about customer service and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Leon brings in five years of spa sales experience. He’s passionate about these three things that serve him well: customer service, product quality, and problem solving.

Lisa moved to Australia from Cape Town in 2017 with her family. She is focused on providing great customer service and is passionate about helping customers find the perfect spa.

Livi has studied reception and office support as well as having experience in customer service. In her spare time she enjoy socialising with friends and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

Lydia has a degree in Accounting and Management. She worked in the real estate industry for 5 years. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing with her family and being outdoors.

Mariam is a skilled marketing and communications manager who drives new ways to promote Spa World products and educate consumers. She’s passionate about fitness, wellbeing, and empowering others to achieve their best.

Mar has a background in IT, customer service, and operations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his two dogs.

Mark made the switch from car sales to Spa World and is inspired by the cutting-edge spa technology. When he's not working, he's busy making memories with his two young kids.

Marty fulfills a role as a Service Technician based in our Glenorchy store giving him a vast array of knowledge in all aspects of Spas. When not working on spas he enjoys weekends on the Harley.

With over 9 years experience creating and telling visual stories, Matt joins the Spa World family as our Videographer. When Matt isn't operating the camera you'll find him down at the beach for a spot of kitesurfing.

Megan is passionate about providing 5-star service. In her spare time, she participates in several water sports, but her favourite is sailing.

Mel has been in customer service and warehousing for 20 years. She answers queries for Spastore, as well as hanging out with her husband and kids.

Michael is committed to making your spa experience an enjoyable one for many years to come. You can find him in both the Launceston & Hobart stores. He enjoys motorsport, AFL and projects around the home.

Micheal has over 15 years of retail sales experience and has spent the past 4 years thriving at Spa World. He’s passionate about hiking, camping, and the thrill of car racing.

Michelle lives in beautiful sunny Brisbane. She has been selling spas for nearly 25 years and still loves it. She is passionate about delivering the perfect spa.

With 10 years of training and management experience, Miguel ensures the Support Centre runs smoothly. Outside of work, he loves spending time at the beach or hiking in the mountains.

Nick is passionate about customer care and loves helping people to find the best spa, swim spa or sauna. He is an avid golfer.

Peter brings 40 years' retail and service experience in agriculture and environment. He's passionate about water quality, where science, nature, and community come together

Phil is a Spa World retail manager based in TAS. He's passionate about travel, especially adventures with his wife. He's a motorcycle enthusiast and a proud advocate for Veterans.

Phil has over 15 years of customer service experience. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing board games, and riding his Onewheel.

Rae has been in the customer service industry for 16 years. She aims to always provide the best customer experience. Rae is passionate about cooking and enjoys going to the beach to snorkle.

Rebecca brings strong customer service and administrative skills to Spa World. Outside of work, she plays Surdo, Tams, and Chocalho as part of a Brazilian percussion band.

Rechelle has 10+ years of accounting experience in the Philippines and the Middle East before moving to New Zealand. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, and spending time with family and friends.

Rhea is a licensed teacher and a physical therapist with a passion for cooking. The kitchen is her favorite spot and she loves to cook Mexican, Italian, and Middle Eastern dishes.

Ross has a high level of customer service experience specifically related to technical and warranty issues found in the spa industry. In his free time, Ross enjoys 3D printing, writing music, and playing video games.

Stephen has spent 30 years growing the largest nursery and landscape business between Brisbane and Cairns. He thrives on diversification and enjoys time with his cattle most of all.

Steve is managing our business in South Australia and enjoying his role representing Spa World at numerous shows around the country.

Theo has many years of international customer service experience. He is totally focused on matching the perfect spa to your needs. When not helping people Theo can be found enjoying the finer things Melbourne has on offer.

TJ loves to help people and when he's not, he's entertaining them in the online streaming world.

Tim comes from a marketing and project management background and is passionate about providing excellent service to customers. Tim is a keen drummer and when he's not working, he loves creating music.

Tom is based in the Adelaide showroom. He relishes the opportunity to do shows around Australia and approaches sales with energy and enthusiasm. He brings a wealth of customer service knowledge to his role at Spa World.

With 20+ years in the spa and pool industry, Tony Jones brings expertise in manufacturing, innovation, and compliance, dedicated to improving product quality and delivering the best outcomes for customers.

Tracey is an AP wizard, and when not paying our bills, she is busy hiking, reading or playing with her dogs.

Trent joined the Spa World group straight out of high school. He is one of our Melbourne-based Product Specialists.

Besides being dedicated to her current administrative duties, Vianca also loves traveling to different places and taking videos. When she is at home, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.

Will has been in the customer service industry for over a decade now. Overall, wellness and making a difference in people's lives are important to her. GRATITUDE is her way of life.

Wray has a background in manufacturing, metal works, and auto cad drafting. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorbikes, building cars, tinkering with computers, 3D printing, and camping with his family.
