Black Friday Sale 2026: terms and conditions

1. Promotion period

The Black Friday Sale runs from 12:01am on 30 October 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, local time, or until stock of a model runs out, whichever comes first. The early bird offer on the Fisher^® 5D and Vortex^® Nitro HP runs from 12:01am on 23 October 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, local time, or until stock runs out.

2. Where it applies

The offer is available at participating Spa World^® showrooms in Australia, and online at Australia. Prices are in AUD and include GST.

3. Eligible models

The Black Friday price applies to these spa models: Fisher^® 3E, 3, 5E, 5D, 6 and 7; Vortex^® Neon, Mercury and Nitro HP; and Jacuzzi^® J-201 and J-204. All swim spas and saunas are also included in the sale at the prices shown in store and online. Other spa pools and pergolas are not included in the sale. Clearance stock is also available while it lasts.

4. Essentials pack

Fisher^® 3, 5D, 6 and 7, Vortex^® Neon, Mercury and Nitro HP, and Jacuzzi^® J-201 and J-204 bought at the Black Friday price come with an essentials pack (steps, a cover lifter and a water care kit) at no extra charge. Vortex^® and Jacuzzi^® models come with aluminium steps, and Fisher^® models come with plastic steps. Spa World^® chooses the pack items. The pack cannot be swapped for cash, a discount or other products, and is not available with any other model. The essentials pack is not covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. If a spa is returned under the guarantee, the essentials pack must be returned with it, unused.

5. Spa-only models and other products

Fisher^® 3E and 5E are sold at the Black Friday price for the spa only. The essentials pack is not included. Swim spas, saunas and clearance stock do not include the essentials pack.

6. Savings

Savings on Black Friday models are the difference between the Black Friday price and the recommended retail price (RRP) of the spa, plus the RRP of the essentials pack where it is included. Savings on clearance stock are the difference between the clearance price and the price the item was previously offered for sale at by Spa World^®. “Up to 40% off” refers to the highest saving available and includes clearance stock. Not all products are discounted by 40%.

7. Clearance stock

Clearance stock is available in limited quantities at selected showrooms only, and availability varies by store. Clearance items may include ex-display, discontinued or end-of-line products. Any marks, wear or other condition issues will be disclosed before purchase. The standard manufacturer’s warranty applies unless a different warranty is stated at the time of purchase. Clearance and ex-display stock is not covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. No rain checks.

8. Limited stock

Stock is limited and varies by model. Once a model sells out, it is no longer available at the Black Friday price. No rain checks.

9. Other offers

The Black Friday price cannot be used with any other offer, discount, trade-in, price match or voucher. It does not apply to orders placed or paid before 30 October 2026, except early bird orders placed from 23 October 2026 under clause 1.

10. Deposit and payment

A deposit of 30% of the purchase price is required to secure the Black Friday price. The balance is due before delivery.

11. Delivery deadline

Spas bought at the Black Friday price must be delivered by 28 February 2027. If you are not ready to take delivery by then, the full balance is still due on that date and we will arrange delivery once your site is ready. Storage begins 4 weeks from the purchase date for spas in stock, or 4 weeks from the arrival date for spas on order.

12. Pre-Christmas delivery

Orders placed with the required deposit can be delivered before 24 December 2026, subject to order date, stock availability, delivery slots, location and site readiness. Delivery dates depend on your location, site access and your site being ready (a level, suitable base and a power supply). We can’t confirm a delivery window until site preparation is complete. If something outside our control, such as freight delays or weather, affects your delivery, we will tell you as soon as we know and arrange the next available date.

13. Delivery, installation and extras

Delivery is charged at our standard rates and is not included in the Black Friday price. Any products or services not listed in this offer are charged at normal price. Electrical connection must be carried out by a licensed electrician and is not included unless stated on your order.

14. Finance

Finance is not available on early bird or Black Friday prices.

15. Warranty

The standard manufacturer’s warranty for each model applies.

16. Images and advertising

Images, videos and other advertising materials are for illustration only. Products, colours, finishes and inclusions shown may vary from the actual products supplied. This includes the steps, cover lifter and water care kit in the essentials pack. The products you receive are those listed on your order.

17. Changes to the offer

Spa World^® may change or withdraw this offer. Any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

18. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
