From the start to the end. Outstanding. Craig was awesome in the showroom, delivery guys where brilliant, including delivering the spa through our house, and the concierge Wray so first class. Cannot fault. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend a spa from Spa world Newcastle. Charlie was great with excellent knowledge and was always willing to help with any questions we had. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly as we used the contractors Charlie recommended. From Tish the spa certifier and Adam the Concretetor and Tim the electrician to Kevin for the crane hire it all went smoothly and the spa is installed and ready to go. They all knew what to do and worked in together to deliver the project with as little stress as possible. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our Fisher Train swim spa.

Excellent experience, originally put a deposit on a Spa at a different business, who were just “Spa Retailers” who offered no after sale support, no direction and were misleading from the initial quote with the costs blowing out with all the necessary extras, Revisited Spa World Newcastle, who we initially thought were more expensive, but turns out with everything included in the price, there are no surprises, much higher quality product, and the Support from Charlie has been amazing, with a no pressure approach, while giving the best price possible. Now really excited for our Spa Delivery, Thank you Charlie and team

With everything completed, the sale from Craig, the delivery team, the email phone contacting team, to Brendan coming out to install items and showing how to use the spa, contents for spa and maintenance, couldn't be happier with the service provided. Had Brendan come and do the wifi, spa cover and showing how to use the spa, chemicals and everything in between, great bloke who had all the time in the world for questions and always on hand if any drams happen. Was really happy with everything he done today.

We had some awesome pre-sales service from Craig at the Warners Bay showroom today. Their showroom is huge and shows a nice range of spars on display. Craig has a very in-depth knowledge of the products and helped us understand the technicalities of how the delivery team will deploy the spa to its final resting spot in a fairly tight enclosure, this was important for us since we had some concerns around the installation. We ended up getting the Vortex Nitro for a great price, looking forward to getting it in!

I purchased a swim Spa from the Warner's Bay store and the sales rep Charlie was really fantastic. So easy to talk to, and answered all questions. Never tried to push anything onto you. I would recommend Spa World and Charlie to anyone thinking of purchasing a Swim Spa or just a Spa. Thanks Charlie for everything. Bought our Fisher spa from Charlie at Warners Bay store. The Service he gave us was excellent. Our spa went on order and they kept us informed along the way. Spa actually came in 1 month earlier than expected. Crew doing the installation were also excellent and explained how it worked and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend Spa World

You will buy a spa based on the quality, then you are blown away from the level of customer service, from Charlie in the store, online help, Ray the delivery man and Brendan the world's best helpful tech man. Other businesses need to take note on this customer service. Read this review and dont shop anywhere else. These guys will look after you.. Its 6pm and Brendan just texted me after hours to ensure the temp was OK for the kids after school. Thanks Team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a very productive visit to the Warners Bay store today. Our intention was to look at the spas/swim spas, with some ideas in mind of what we may want, if we did decide to buy. The salesman - Charlie, was extremely helpful and supportive, with a wealth of knowledge. He was able to answer all our questions with ease, even the many my electrician husband had, to ensure what we purchased was going to be the best option all round. As a result we were able to order today and will receive within a month, as stock was located. Couldn’t recommend the Warners Bay store more highly and the support given, by Charlie. EXTRA RE DELIVERY - Wanted to add to this review. Had our spa delivered this morning. The owner of the delivery service, Anthony, and his boys were awesome. Anthony Contacted us a couple of days ago to confirm delivery etc. Arrived on time, from Sydney, took time to clarify what/where specifically the spa was to sit, and ensured our full satisfaction. The care taken by Anthony & the boys was great. Ensuring there was no chance of any mishap. Recommend Anthony highly.

The wife and I wanted to get a spa for a long time. Walking in the Warner's Bay store we were greeted by Charlie who answered all our questions and gave terrific advice. So we bought on the spot. Everything from the sale to the delivery was outstanding and have no problem in recommending to anyone.

We bought our big beautiful swimspa from Charlie at Spa World Walsend 10 years ago. We absulutey love it and highly recomend Charlie and his crew. Nice catching up with you again today Charlie.
