Walked in to the store to be met by Lilly, we had called into their shop on our way to Sydney airport to fly overseas, we only had 30 minutes spare but that was enough for her to show us the models I had researched and they had the one I wanted as a demo that they were clearing as they were moving locations. After 15 minutes negotiations, which included delivery to Cowra NSW,we paid our deposit and made it to airport. I returned home from my overseas work trip and the spa was delivered in place the next day. I do a physical job and love a spa after a days work. The nitro model we purchased has been perfect to relax in. An added bonus was the Bluetooth audio that came with the demo model I wasn’t planning on adding.

After visiting another spa centre in the area and finding the sales person had very little knowledge or interest in helping us, it was a relief walking in to meet Michelle who's knowledge and experience was amazing. She listened to what we needed and put a package together that met our needs, not the companies back pocket. Highly recommended.

You took what was a (potentially) very stressful transaction and made it what it should be: easy, fun and exciting! From the support that you and Charlie gave us in the showroom, (where we didn't feel stupid and felt cared for), to the trust we felt in your partners—Geoff for the deck and Daniel with the electrician work, right to the team who delivered the spa - everyone operated as combined team, everyone respected each other and were focused on making it a positive experience for us. We even go the impression that Geoff and Daniel were as much motivated to make sure they did the right thing for you guys as they wanted to do the right thing for us. This gave me lots of confidence as they will only see us once, they see you every week. And while I am currently working with the online support to work out how to get rid of the cloudy water issue, I can safely say this experience has far exceeded my expectations. In fact, I went in our conversations having had a negative experience so our time with Spa World turned that around entirely.
