Couldn’t recommend anymore, the whole process was smooth. The team answered any questions I had & the purchase to install was all taken care of.

Karen got me a great deal im very happy. But the handover was confusing and with my memory I didn't remember the products that go in the way that they should. The other concern is the steps as they are very complicated to put together. I cannot get the lid off on my own and need a lifter. That and the steps is going to cost another $1600 which i don't have. Make sure you get all of the information!

Wonderful experience in store. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating with my requests. Wasn't sure of something I asked of her, and -shock horror- she called me back!!! For once customer service that say they will do what they say they will. I will return when im in a financial position to spend up. Martina - thankyou for showing me what customer service should be.

The Lovely staff from SPA WORLD have helped me keep my spa looking great and functioning beautifully over many years – it has never been too much effort for them to come out to my property in the Southern Highland’s– Whether it is for general maintenance, replacement of a heat pump, the supply of spa products or the construction of a wonderful pergola over the spa– It’s also well worth a trip to visit their showroom where there is great range of spas, pergolas and other lovely lifestyle products on display– Courteous, reliable and an excellent service overall – highly recommended

When we visited the Albion Park showroom, you took the time to explain everything we needed to know about spas, which made our decision so easy. We’re delighted with our three-person Neon Spa and heat pump! Rachel was also amazing, keeping me well informed and being incredibly flexible when our schedule changed and we needed to move the final handover. Kirt then did a brilliant job working with us to deliver the spa, and the final handover was excellent. We now have a beautiful spa that the whole family will enjoy for years to come. Our swim spa journey began with meeting the lovely Karen at the Albion Park showroom for a test swim and learning everything we needed to know about swim spas and what is involved in the purchase so there was no hidden surprises. The whole team have been amazing to deal with. Isaih kept me up to date with payments, Tish from Spa Approvals was so helpful and was quick to respond to my multiple questions. There was some delays on our part but nothing was a hassle. Delivery day arrived and couldn't have gone smoother. Kirt was so friendly and I immediately felt confident that he knew his stuff. The electrician that he recommended was also great to work with. Shout out to Bryce Harper. Glenn, the technician completed the install and was very knowledgeable and so helpful with set up instructions and chemical use. This has been a long review but I've just been blown away by the quality of service, the quality of the swim spa and the overall experience of this company. We are from Sanctuary Point and although there are other spa places closer (which we also visited), it was definitely worth the extra travel for the level of service. Definitely recommend 👌

I investigated spas last year and looked at all of the sizes available and the small Fisher Spa was perfect. When I was ready to make a purchase Martina was happy to help answering all my questions in detail. Martina recommended a she’ll upgrade so my dog did not scratch it and the finish is great.
