Just over a year ago, we decided to purchase a spa, though we were initially unsure about what was involved in maintaining one. To get some clarity, we visited the All Spa store and met Karen, who patiently answered our many questions. We must have spent at least an hour there! Karen was so kind and helpful, I went in as I needed more spa chemicals, she took the time to help me understand how to use it all as we have an old spa and haven’t figured out how to dose it properly. She printed out a dosage cheat sheet suited to my needs and told me if I needed any extra support that I could just swing an email their way and they would be happy to help. They are clearly a small business who are passionate about what they do. You can tell even when buying just the upkeep supplies. She did not try to sell me anything but gave all of her knowledge. My spa is old and the care it needs was so well explained. I will 100% be back for future needs and recommend them to anyone in need of support or a new spa. Thank you Karen. 😊

A highly professional and impressive process from start to finish! We were greatly impressed when we entered the showroom and were welcomed by the staff. After visiting two other stores where we were either ignored and/or felt like we were in a warehouse, it was a pleasure to look around the showroom. Karen was more than happy to do a site visit to help with sizing and delivery options and when we decided to go ahead, we were kept informed every step of the way. The August 2025 installation process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Dale arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was set up correctly. He took time to discuss my concerns & explained the features clearly and left the area clean and tidy. The Sensaheat pump, hardware is functioning perfectly, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of work. Highly recommend their service! We spoke to All Spas as we were concerned with the amount of chemicals that we were told to put in our swim spa by another pool shop. As a result, we changed to a different regime to maintain the water quality in our swim spa. We now use a lot less products and the water is softer and crystal clear. The advice and information that Karen has given us will also allow us to make informed decisions regarding other heating and filtration options. They really know their stuff and as the name suggests, All Spas are a spa shop not a pool shop !!

We have just recently put in a spa in our back yard and we had been looking for a few weeks at a few companies for advice and prices being very unsure of what would suit our lifestyle and budget a friend recommended that we look at All Spa in Albion Park. This company was very helpful from the start with recommendations, pricing and very professional I didn't take long to choice a beautiful spa at a good price and as they had one in stock we were able to have it installed within a very short time. Glen and his co worker had it up and running for us all in a few hours and as it was Valentino's day it was a lovely present for to relax in that night with a champagne 🍾 Would recommend highly to anyone Julie and Graham

Glenn is an absolute legend when it comes to spa repairs and advice for maintenance. We previously had really bad advice and Glenn quickly identified the problem and fixed it. And he did a house call on his last day of 2023 at 5.30pm which was totally unexpected but we can now use our spa over Christmas. We will not go anywhere else’s for our spa needs- if I could give him 10 stars I would!!
