Delivery and installation from Spa World Adelaide
Found the one? We’ll get it home for you. We deliver right across Brisbane CBD, Inner Brisbane, Western Brisbane, Southern Brisbane, Eastern Brisbane, Northern Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Redland Bay, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Darling Downs, Scenic Rim, Moreton Bay, Springfield, South East Queensland, South West Queensland, Katherine, Bourke, and well beyond.
Narrow side path, steps or a tall fence? We’ll check the route before delivery day and bring in a crane if we need one.
All electrical work related to your spa or swim spa must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Fencing rules change from state to state, read our spa pool fencing and safety guide to learn more.
What to look for in a spa pool or swim spa
Choosing the right spa comes down to fit: your space, how many people will use it, and how you want to feel when you climb out. After that, compare jet placement, insulation (it drives your power bill), build quality and who stands behind the warranty.
Our free buyers guide covers it all, so you can compare models properly before you visit.

Why Spa World?
Since 1985, Spa World® has helped Aussies and Kiwis relax at home, and SPASA has judged us the best spa retailer time and again. This video covers what sets us apart: five-star Trustpilot® reviews, a personal concierge, seven-day support and comprehensive warranties. We were also the world’s first carbon neutral spa retailer, and we support more than a dozen local charities.
Spa World Brisbane - Underwood is at 1/39-45 Compton Rd ALTO Building (Cnr Compton Rd & Ewing Rd) Underwood, QLD 4119. Open Monday to Sunday.
Yes. In Australia, hot tubs are usually called spas or spa pools. Vortex®, Fisher® and Jacuzzi®spas are on display at our Brisbane showroom.
Yes, Spa World offers delivery options outside of Brisbane. There are several delivery types available depending on your location, the size and type of product, and your property or installation requirements. The delivery team will discuss any specific requirements with you if your delivery falls outside the standard delivery area. Please note that installation services may vary depending on your location and the type of product being delivered.
Before a spa pool is installed, plan for the following:
- Order early: Place your order several months before you want it installed, as it may take a few months for your spa to arrive depending on stock and delivery schedules.
- Check council rules: Ask your local council whether you need a building permit or consent. It can take months, so apply at least six months before delivery. You may also need a compliant fence or barrier, with rules on boundary distance and height. Check council rules for your region in our detailed guide.
- Prepare the site: Once your spa is ordered, start planning the surrounding space. You need a solid, level base, such as a concrete slab or reinforced deck, that can support the filled spa and its occupants. A licensed electrician must install the power supply and carry out all electrical work. For the full checklist, read our pre-delivery guide.
