We just received our Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Spa World all thanks to Kerry at Bundaberg Wholesale Palms. After extensive research and even looking at other suppliers locally beforehand, Kerry’s helpfulness, knowledge and professionalism exceeded our expectations making it an easy decision to purchase through these guys. We highly recommend them if you in the market to purchase a quality spa.

Leon has been awesome from my first call of enquiries to arranging the delivery and help with the set up of my spa. Kerry also is outstanding. I could not be happier, even a shout out to Rob the truck/crain operator for a smooth delivery and placement of my spa. My overall experience with this team is exceptional.

Spa Pool Regulations Guide in Australia

What to look for in a spa pool or swim spa

Choosing the right spa comes down to fit: your space, how many people will use it, and how you want to feel when you climb out. After that, compare jet placement, insulation (it drives your power bill), build quality and who stands behind the warranty.

Our free buyers guide covers it all, so you can compare models properly before you visit.

Testimonials

Also just a thank you for the great service and a wonderful Spa, the Mercury spa has been receiving a lot of use by ourselves and family and friends since being delivered at the end of last year.

STUART

I can honestly say that the only reason I bought from Spa World was because of Dorothy. We had done a little research on spa's but after a phone call to Dorothy, we bought our spa the same day from Dorothy. Her knowledge and expertise guided us in the right direction and we didn't bother looking any further.

LOUISE

We are enjoying the spa very much every now and then with the family. The kids absolutely love it and so do myself and my wife (and some friends). Still trying to work out how to keep the balance of the water right – so we are wasting quite a bit! LOL. I must say, Dorothy did do a great job – but I was in large part sold by my colleague Luke who was at the Brisbane home show up here. Having said that, he was the one who came in and raved about it after talking to Dorothy in the first place. Funny how it all works.

Before a spa pool is installed, plan for the following:

  1. Order early: Place your order several months before you want it installed, as it may take a few months for your spa to arrive depending on stock and delivery schedules.
  2. Check council rules: Ask your local council whether you need a building permit or consent. It can take months, so apply at least six months before delivery. You may also need a compliant fence or barrier, with rules on boundary distance and height. Check council rules for your region in our detailed guide.
  3. Prepare the site: Once your spa is ordered, start planning the surrounding space. You need a solid, level base, such as a concrete slab or reinforced deck, that can support the filled spa and its occupants. A licensed electrician must install the power supply and carry out all electrical work. For the full checklist, read our pre-delivery guide.
