Peter was really helpful and friendly and gave us good advice! We had a great experience purchasing our spa.

Peter was awesome to deal with and negotiable

We called in to Spa World at North Lakes to look at buying a spa to help with pain relief for both my husband and myself. We were greeted by Peter who recommended and explained all the benefits of the Vortex Neon spa to us at a very reasonable price, and we decided there and then this was the spa for us! Peter was extremely helpful and informative but not pushy like other spa salespeople we had come across at other company’s. If you’re wanting someone who is not only knowledgeable about the product but isn’t pushy, go and see Peter at Spa World North Lakes. You won’t be sorry!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the service Peter the store manager gave to us was outstanding. We've been thinking about a spa for a while and after we built our new house it was time to decide. I did a lot of Googling but that process was very overwhelming and thought it's time to visit a showroom and so glad we did. We had decided we'd look at a 6 seater spa before walking in but once we saw the Vortex swim spa on display I was sold. Peter gave us the rundown on how it all works, I was able to step inside the empty shell to see the depth and test out the spa lounge and see if it was a good length, everything was perfect. Peter was able to give me a complete price on the spot and didn't push for a sale which I appreciated. That was last Sunday and by Tuesday our deposit was paid and on our way to relaxing in our dream swim spa. Thank you!!

We have had a great experience with Peter the manager of Spa world in north lakes. We definitely would recommend you purchase your spa from them. This is our second purchase and their service is excellent.

Very informative and helpful. Fantastic spa also. Very happy customer

Spaworld Technician, Will, recently undertook some work, on my spa. To be noted, his customer care/service was exemplary … most personable demeanour, whilst at the same time being most professional. Easy, appropriate rapport, with great communication skills, patiently and relatedly able to explain what was involved re. the job task. In terms of the job, knowledgeable and skillful. It was a pleasure working with Will.
