Spa World Glenorchy: Spa Pools, Swim Spas and Saunas

From when we first walked into Spa World right through every step of the purchase and installation it was all 5 star service from all of the staff. They took the time to explain and demonstrate everything we needed to know about owning and maintaining a spa. The whole experience was without any hassles or worries on our part as the guys took care of everything. It's a pity some other firms in Hobart don't copy Spa World's customer focus and service standards.

We purchased an 8 person spa from Spa World Glenorchy. The showroom had plenty of models on display and the information provided by Mal and the team was exceptional. Delivery and installation went very smoothly and we received an excellent 1:1 information session on how to operate our model and maintain it in good working order We are very happy with our purchase as well as the after sales service.

My wife and I decided to take the plunge [pun most definitely intended] - and purchase a spa, just on 2 years ago. We had done what you all have most likely done and looked at youtube, google reviews, as well as spoken with friends and family. It can get a bit confusing. We had read reviews on several spas, and it looked as though Spa World had the one we were after. So in we went and met Phil. Turns out, Tassie being Tassie that we already knew Phil, as our kids went to school together. Regardless of any pre-existing relationship, Phil was caring, funny, knowledgable and asked us all the right questions. Phil helped us with our finance, guided us when THAT went to custard [our fault] and was completely patient as we fumbled our way through our decision making process. Mal did our install for us, and he was amazing!! Such personal service, and again - knowledge like no other!! We use our spa a minimum of 6 times a week! We have not really noticed any over-the-top hydro bills, and the odd bit of chemicals here and there aren't too much of a strain either. We have enjoyed popping into the store from time-to-time for our water quality tests, and to pick up some bits and bobs. The guys are always friendly and willing to help. Now... can you find a cheaper spa elsewhere? Yeah... probably. Will you get the backup, quality service, quality of product, and peace of mind you get here??... NO!! Trust me... we looked around!! I would only recommend you shop at SpaWorld, and then you can just kick back and enjoy your spa like we have done for two years now. Thank me later.
