If you are looking for a spa then Doris is the person to speak with. She is very knowable and has all the contacts you’ll need to make the installation a success. Highly recommend.

Met Doris from the Braybrook store at the show earlier in the year, she has been great with us getting our needs met and swim spa ordered!

I walked in the store and all questions were answered. The follow up was excellent before and after product was delivered.

Excellent customer service from Will . Very happy with our purchase can’t wait to take a dip

Great prices and service

From the time I walked in Doris was very welcoming and informative, gave me a great deal on my spa, would highly recommend Spa World.

We had such a great experience with Doris! She assisted us with our sauna purchase and truly went above and beyond to help us source the parts we needed for our swim spa. Nothing was too much trouble, and she kept us informed throughout the process. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience stress-free. We really appreciate all of her effort and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend Doris to anyone looking for exceptional support!

Doris from the Braybook store was so helpful and gave us all the information we needed to feel confident in purchasing a spa from them. Very professional, highly recommended 👌

Doris from the Braybrook Spa World has bent over backwards to assist us in ordering and installing our new Swim Spa from Fisher Spas. Thanks very much Doris!

Have had excellent service and response on more than 2 occasions from Doris Nedelko at Braybrook Spa World. She is very friendly and extremely helpful, always has time to answer my questions, as I am new to the world of spas and care required. She is very knowledgeable , on both occasions she has patiently spent the time with me explaining any facets of spa care I need info on. She has assisted me immediately with regards to supplies and any requests I have had with an honest and professional manner. I am grateful to know she is available and recommend her to anyone.

Amazing honest and friendly service, even beyond the showroom sale. William is very articulate and personable. Loving all the follow up care from various team members to help along the journey of a successful delivery, set up, after care, etc.

Will was amazing to deal with! Nothing was too hard for him to answer, and if he didn't know he endeavoured to find an answer! Communication and making contact was second to none. Great company to deal with and would highly recommend!
