Saunas Canberra

Nick and Harry were fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgable about their products, always happy to answer our 101 questions. We are very happy with our new Vortex Spectrum spa.

Great service and support definitely recommended.

Purchased a Vortex Hydrozone from Spa World and couldn’t be happier. Nick and Harry at the Fyshwick store were excellent — helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. The spa is fantastic and is used almost every day, and we’re only just into spring. It’s perfect for the Canberra climate. Highly recommend.

Great knowledge and exceptional service! Having just acquired a spa with a new house purchase, Harry provided us a clear rundown on how to manage the spa, products required, and also a detailed breakdown of how the chemicals work with assurance on health and safety. I’ll certainly be coming back and am relieved to have a reliable and trustworthy source for all my spa queries. Thank you Harry!

We had a fantastic experience with Nick at Spa World. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. We really appreciated his honest advice and helpful approach, without any pressure to make a purchase. Nick made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

We have had the absolute best experience with Spa World, and a huge part of that comes down to the incredible Harry. He is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely goes over and above every single time we deal with him. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and he has a way of making the whole experience easy, relaxed and enjoyable. His service is genuinely first-class. He is the kind of person who makes you want to come back, recommend the business to everyone, and feel completely confident that you are being looked after properly. Spa World is lucky to have him. Best service, best attitude, best experience. Highly recommend.
